My wife and i have been listening to Sleep Token since 2018 and we saw them live in Frankfurt in 2024 and both of us were in tears during certain moments. These guys were so beautiful and the way the opened their show to how they closed it was such a journey
This was my first ritual, and I think I was crying through the entire set lol Sleep Token has managed something no other band has done before (for me anyways), which is being able to form an emotional connection with me through their music. I loved every second of this ritual, and I'm so excited to attend further rituals in the future. Thank you for uploading this truly unforgettable night Worship!
@@jackbauer5455 The band has a story behind it, much like Ghost. The idea is that each song is an offering to an elder god called Sleep, hence why the band is called Sleep Token. It's really not that crazy, plenty of other bands establish their own world building for fun lol, look at Coheed and Cambria.
I'm amazed at how much their artistry as a cohesive unit has come since the first time i saw them live in 2023. Mad respect, especially to Vessel and learning more how to "gatekeep" his vocals to preserve his tone and quality during a string of live events scheduled. II's drumming continues to strengthen, as well as amaze me. He's definitely not "formulaic". The rest of the band and the female backing trio are in excellent shape as well. Thank you for sharing this fantastic video that showcased not only the music, but their sensational light show that flowed perfectly in time to the fluctuations and changes in the timings and moods within the performance.
Saw them last year in Munich and they were amazing then already. This time around they bumped literally every aspect of the show up a notch. What an amazing performance. Still getting goosebumps just thinking about it.

Just arrived back home from today's concert in Chemnitz. My first time seeing them live and it's been such a thoroughly emotional and expressive experience. The lightshow was perfect, the performance was perfect, the setlist was perfect. It felt like a tribute to music itself. Worship.

True artistry of a musical evolution of rock/metal/pop. Sleep token is a band i never thought i would like, you can't deny how good they are at relaying emotion and power through the music!
Emotion is everything!! Vessel’s vocals definitely carry the band even though the other band members are also masterful, having those vocals on top of it is what transcends it. In my opinion. Love this band I hope they have a long journey together ahead of them, with joy but also hardship. It will make their art that is translated from that journey gripping and soul staining. Absolute cinema this band.
I saw these guys when they came to Tampa FL, in May. Im happy to see they kept the same set and stage setup from the Teeth of God tour, such a beautiful experience!

Not many rock concerts where you will encounter an entire audience absolutely silent as they are immersed and captivated. I will miss the days of seeing them in tiny venues, but what they have become is spectacular and I’m totally here for what’s next.
What 2 does for his solo during The Summoning instantlly became in my top 3 solos of all time. The way he kept in the pocket of the melody while playing that Eargasm of Gasms will keep it there forever. Hate/Love to say it but this bands following is going to be in league of what Tool fans have (Im a diehard Tool lover, those albums dug me out of the darkest holes I ever allowed myself to spiral and it bugs me how Tool fans get this rep) they're the next gen on transcending technical time signatures that differ from each player allowing what can be chaotic and surprising to be met in magic. Plus the dude is a Poet along with a Lyricist like MJK. I respect them up to put Token in ranks of the greats of song structure and actual musical intelligence like Tool or Floyd.
This is by far the best recording of a sleep token concert, thank you! My gf and I were at the Frankfurt Concert last Sunday and it was mindblowing. It was the same song set as this one
Check out the one at Red Rocks. Not saying this one isn't good, but the one at Red Rocks may be the best recording of Sleep Token or any artist ever in my opinion. Super super clear audio and video throughout and the acoustics there are insane.
Only time I wish I didn't live in the U.S. I don't know if I'll ever get to see them live but if they come back here, I'm flying to wherever they are here.
